JogScotland is supported by NHS Health Scotland, sportscotland and the Scottish Government Health Department; three national bodies working together to help many people in Scotland adopt a healthier and more active lifestyle.
JogScotland uses simple, gentle walk/jog/run programmes to encourage everyone to get out and become more active. Aberdeen has supported JogScotland since its inception and Sport Aberdeen are committed to growing the participant levels in our City.

Jog Leaders are fully trained and enthusiastic JogScotland Leaders who inspire thousands of people across the country to embrace a healthier lifestyle through running.
If you have bags of energy and want to help make a difference to the health of Aberdeen then we need you!
To become a Jog Leader you will need to attend a one day training course which covers everything you need to know, from the warm up to the cool down.
