Online Booking System Update

Update – 07/01/22

Our project to transition onto a new IT network and infrastructure is progressing well and we have now been able to reactivate online bookings for most of our venues. Online bookings are currently only unavailable for Get active @ Cults and Adventure Aberdeen Snowsports Centre. During this time, customers will still be able to make bookings directly with these venues. We thank you for your patience while this work is completed.

As part of a wider project to transition onto a new IT network and infrastructure, we would like to advise customers that our online booking system, MySportAberdeen, will be offline from 6pm on 4 January until approximately 5pm on 6 January.

During this time, customers will still be able to make bookings by contacting the relevant venue by phone. You can find the contact details of all our venues via the button below. 

Please also be aware that the ability to make debit/credit card payments in-venue will be limited during this period. This includes making payments for public skating and swimming sessions, so please bring cash payment during this period if you are attending one of these sessions.

We will regularly update this page with the current status of the booking system and will also provide updates via our social media channels as online booking becomes available.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this will cause, we will keep the downtime period as short as we possibly can.  We thank you in advance for your patience and understanding while this necessary work takes place.
