Culter, Cults, Milltimber Netball Festival

We are going to run a netball festival next term for pupils who come along to netball training. It is open to pupils from Milltimber, Culter and Cults.

The event will take place at Peterculter Sports Centre and is a chance for each group to play against teams from other local schools:

Cults P6
Cults P7
Culter P6/7
Milltimber P7

For some, this may be their first festival / game experience, but we would love them to come along and put in to practice what they have been learning at training. Please don’t worry about P6s and P7s playing with and against each other – there will be Active Schools staff on hand to referee and support pupils who are new to playing matches.

We hope to have enough time for each team to play against each other team; at the end if we still have time we will mix the teams up and let you play with pupils from other schools.

Day: Wednesday 16th April
Venue: Peterculter Sports Centre
Time: 3.00-5.00pm (the first 30-45 minutes will give pupils time to travel from their schools and then to get warmed up)

Once you have signed up, if you require help with transport to/from your school, please email John (JoDixon@sportaberdeen.co.uk) and we’ll try to allocate you a space with another family who are travelling to the event. There is space in the corridor at Peterculter Sports Centre for families to stay and watch matches through the windows.
