These lesson are great for adults who are getting started learning, have never had the opportunity to learn to swim or are afraid of the water. Regular swimming can make a big difference to your health.  It is good for your heart, can boost your metabolism, and reduce body fat.  Swimming can reduce the risk of conditions such as Type 2 Diabetes and heart disease, and reduce the risk of stroke.  Swimming can also positively affect your mental health, by improving mood, and may even reduce stress and anxiety.
