Our camp coordinators will require this to be filled out in order for your child to attend the camp/lesson. For more information on our Easter Swim Skills Classes, please email our Aquatics team: [email protected] Levels explained: Swim Skills 1A Aim: To develop water confidence and develop core aquatic skills with/without aids. This level is for beginners who have not had swimming lessons previously, cannot float or propel unaided, or are currently in Swim Skills 1A level. Swim Skills 1B Aim: To further develop water confidence and develop core aquatic skills without aids. This level is for confident beginners who can float unaided on both front and back and swim 5m Frontcrawl and Backcrawl. Swim Skills 2A Aim: To increase the competency of the core aquatic skills and develop basic stroke technique in shallow water. This level is for improvers who can float unaided on both front and back, and swim 10m Frontcrawl and Backcrawl. Swim Skills 2B and 3 Aim: To increase the competency of the core aquatic skills and develop basic stroke technique in deep water. This level is for those children who are confident in deep water and can swim a minimum of 15m Frontcrawl (with regular breathing to the side), Backcrawl and Breaststroke.
