Sport Aberdeen is delighted to confirm that Beacon Sports Centre will be the next Sport Aberdeen operated facility to benefit from improvements which will modernise the venue and provide customers with a complete health and wellness experience.

The improvements will see the existing gym benefit from a refit and mix of new Pulse Fitness cardio and resistance equipment and the formation of a new dedicated strength and conditioning suite complete with free weights, power sled and lifting platform.

During the improvement works, normal service will be disrupted for a short period of time and parts of the building will be closed to the public while work is ongoing. A temporary reception will be in use, with entrance from Kepplehills Road. Whilst there will be disruption to the day-to-day running of the facility, this is crucial work that will ensure the longevity of the centre.
