Your Venues

The below venues are now open. Please click on each venue for specific opening times.

The online fitness class timetable is available to view here, where you can filter by venue or search by class name. Please note that this is an initial timetable which will be expanded where possible over the coming weeks.

Please see the Your Bookings section below for full details on how to book.

While we are eager to open as many of our venues and restart as many of our services as we can, due to the significant impact that Covid-19 has had on Sport Aberdeen, it just won’t be possible for us to return to the way things were straight away. You can find more information on our other venues and programmes here.

Your Safety

“I felt very safe coming back to the gym after Covid-19, the staff were extremely helpful and explained all the new safety measures which filled me with confidence to come back! Was great to be back!!”

Sport Aberdeen Member

Your safety is our number one priority. In line with industry and government guidelines we have implemented protocols and procedures to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable visit to the gym. You can find these summarised below in our safety animation and protocol document. You can also find individual venue tours for Get active @ Beach Leisure Centre, Get active @ Jesmond and Get active @ Sheddocksley on their venue pages. You can also view our return to fitness classes video here.

Please be aware that, in line with Scottish Government guidelines, it is mandatory for face coverings to be worn inside our venues when you are not taking part in activity (i.e. in reception areas, bathrooms, corridors etc) so please remember to bring one with you. Face coverings do not need to be worn while using the gym or while participating in fitness classes, or by those who are exempt from wearing them.

Bookings will be monitored and a member of the Sport Aberdeen team will be in touch with anyone who exceeds this booking limit.

Do I have to wear a face covering?

Face coverings will be required to be worn inside the venue when you are not taking part in activity (i.e. in reception areas etc) so please remember to bring one with you. Face coverings do not need to be worn while using the gym or while participating in fitness classes.

How do I book my time in the gym?
