Located on the popular Beach Promenade, the venue offers both group and private skating lessons, public ice skating sessions, parent and toddler sessions as well as special events throughout the year.

The Linx Ice Arena is a recognised British Ice Skating Skate UK Learn to Skate facility.

Location

Located on Beach Esplanade, the venue can be accessed by road and by footpath

 

Parking

Free parking is available and can be accessed from Beach Esplanade

The car park has three accessible parking bays

 

Reception

The entrance to the reception is fitted with two sets of double doors which are pull to open

Once inside the reception, you will find the reception desk on your right

Changing facilities

The venue is equipped with male and female changing rooms as well as a seating area for changing skates

Lockers are available and require a £1 coin to use. This will be returned after use

Small locker size: 23cm x 42cm

Large locker size: 23cm x 85cm

Accessible changing facilities

An accessible bathroom is available which may also be used for changing. A member of staff at the reception desk will be able to provide the code

Skate Hire

After giving a member of staff at the reception desk your shoe size, skates can be hired in the changing area.

Follow the corridor to the right of the reception desk. Once in the changing area, you will see the Skate Hire on your left.
