Online Purchases & Gift Voucher Terms

The following terms and conditions apply strictly to digital gift vouchers, passes, and pay-and-play activities purchased directly through the Sport Aberdeen website via Stripe Checkout. For monthly facility memberships, please refer to the separate terms above.

1. Scope & Redemption

Sport Aberdeen digital gift vouchers and passes are valid exclusively for stated activities (such as swimming, public golf sessions, and racquet sports) at participating Sport Aberdeen venues. Vouchers cannot be used as payment or credits toward active monthly fitness, golf, or junior contracts managed via My Sport Aberdeen.

2. Validity & Expiry

All website-purchased vouchers are valid for exactly 12 months from the date of purchase. Any unused balance or unredeemed voucher codes will automatically expire after this date, cannot be extended, and carry no cash value.

3. Instant Digital Delivery

All purchases are fulfilled digitally. Upon successful payment verification by our payment gateway, your electronic voucher or transaction receipt will be emailed instantly to the address provided at checkout. No physical vouchers are produced or dispatched via postal services.

4. 14-Day Right to Cancel & Refunds

In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers have a statutory right to change their mind and request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. To request a cancellation, please contact us with your order reference number.

5. Forfeiture of Cancellation Rights

Please Note: Your 14-day statutory right to a refund is entirely waived and forfeited the moment a digital voucher or pass code is partially or fully redeemed at any Sport Aberdeen facility. Expired vouchers or vouchers outside the 14-day window are strictly non-refundable.
