A fair and enjoyable parkland course

Situated at our Hazlehead venue, Hazlehead Pines runs alongside the MacKenzie Championship Course and Hazlehead 9-Hole Course.

Revamped in the early 1970s by Brian Huggett, Neil Coles and Roger Dyer, the Pines is more open and a little more forgiving than some of the other courses in Golf Aberdeen’s portfolio, making it an enjoyable choice for a wide range of golfers.

At 5,735 yards and par 67, the course is shorter than some of Aberdeen’s other 18-hole options, but most fairways are tree-lined and there is still plenty of variety across the round.

With six par 3s, one par 5, and a mix of parkland holes, Hazlehead Pines offers a fair test of golf in one of the city’s best-known golf settings.
