Club Development

Club Health Check

Our club health check will help clubs to highlight areas in which they could develop. Each club that completes the health check will receive the support of the Community Sport team in order to help progress these highlighted areas. There will be no pressure or judgement from the team, but alternatively a helping hand to support them in becoming safe and sustainable clubs.

Any questions or queries please contact us on Communitysport@sportaberdeen.co.uk

ClubSport Aberdeen

ClubSport Aberdeen is a vibrant body directed by the clubs, for the clubs. They provide a unified voice for sport clubs in Aberdeen at the top level across the city through their relationship with the Active Aberdeen Partnership (AAP).

Their purpose is not only to provide the AAP with club input and a club perspective on arising matters, but also to ensure that Aberdeen has safe, sustainable and supported clubs. It does so by using expertise from within the club network as well as from partners in the wider network. This gives Aberdeen’s clubs the ability to develop and grow their membership, workforce and structure to provide their members with the best possible experience of the sport.

Sport Aberdeen provide benefits to clubs who are members of ClubSport Aberdeen through priority access to facilities and discounts on block bookings made by the clubs.

For more information on how clubs can join ClubSport Aberdeen and what benefits your club will receive for doing so can be found on their website: www.clubsportaberdeen.org
