Junior and Teen Fitness Classes

A great way for young people to have fun and get active in a class-based environment!

We have an exciting new junior and teen fitness class timetable launching from Monday 13 November.

Class descriptions

Get Fit

Tailored to suit each age group, this instructor-led circuits-style class uses functional equipment such as resistance bands, slam balls and plyo boxes as well as indoor bikes to improve fitness and build strength and stamina.

Get Strong

Tailored to suit each age group, this instructor-led class offers an introduction to safe lifting techniques using free weights in order to build muscular strength and endurance effectively.

Classes are free for Get active Junior and Teen Fitness members, or cost £3.75 per class for non-members.

Monthly classes

These are designed for young people aged 13-17 years old.

Teen Gym – a small group coached session in the gym where attendees can use the skills they have learned from attending studio-based classes and put these into practice. There will also be the opportunity to use the free weights section and develop fitness by using other equipment and new exercises.

Teen Cycle – a cycle-based class in the studio with upbeat music, colourful lights and effects. This class will provide a full body workout and is guaranteed to be lots of fun!
