How Park Runs can help push you towards your goal

Well done, you’re halfway there already!

I’d like to say it’s all smooth sailing from here, but unfortunately this is the point in your training when you’ll be tested the most.

You’ve reached the peak in your training but now it’s time to start targeting that goal and working towards smashing it!

We have all seen the massive groups of runners, running around like a pack of wolves. This may look daunting to a new or solo runner, however there are many benefits of running in a group.

If you’ve never heard of parkrun, they are free, weekly, 5K timed runs that take place across Aberdeen. Open to everyone, they are a safe and easy way to take part in group running.
