Winter walk ideas to keep you active this Christmas

Keeping active in the winter months can sometimes slip to the bottom of the to-do list and feel like a bit of a slog. Make the most of the crisp outdoor weather and utilise your time off work or studying by planning some winter walks.

We are fortunate enough to live in a beautiful part of the world, with rolling countryside and open space on our doorstep. This all makes for the perfect exercise backdrop.
