Kings Links Golf Course - Full Greens Update - Read more
We are pleased to share that the intensive programme of rectification works on the greens at Kings Links Golf Course is now complete and has been signed off by the Sports Turf Research Institute (STRI). The course will be closed on Friday 30 April for final works and we will fully reopen the greens at Kings Links on Saturday 1 May.
As a consequence of the prolonged ice and snow this year, there is some additional maintenance work ongoing across the wider course to protect regrowth. With some more of the great weather we had over the weekend, the course will soon be back to its best.
The Kings Links tee-sheet for 1 May will be released at 15:00 today (26/04/21) via BRS, and tee times which had previously been held at Hazlehead Pines Golf Course for the clubs connected with Kings Links Golf Course will also be released at that time.
We sincerely apologise for the disruption which members have experienced while the course has been on temporary greens and thank you for your patience over the last few months.

Running on the Aberdeen beach front, golf has been played in this area since 1661.
Set between the city and the sea and using the natural undulating terrain of the dunes, along with the varying wind conditions, Kings Links offers an enjoyable challenge for golfers keen to experience authentic links golf.
The current Kings Links course was laid out in 1872 and it is a classic links course so characteristic of Scotland’s east coast. Think big dunes, very quick greens and lots of bunkers. Described as “golf in the raw”, watch out if the wind is blowing! At 6289 yards Par 71, with three par 5s and four par 3s the course has great variation.
Whether you wish to pay as you play or purchase a season membership, we have a number of flexible options available. You can also take advantage of our great value Get Active 5 membership package which includes access to all our golf courses. You can book online or if you’re looking for something a bit different or a group day out, just contact us and we’ll tailor something to suit.
