Activity: Stoneywood Primary Wednesday Afterschool P4 – P7 Running Club

Participants: P4 – P7 – Boys and Girls

Day: Wednesdays

Dates:  11th Sep – 18th Dec 2024 * Exemptions apply (NB)

Venue: Stoneywood Primary Gym Hall / Outdoor MUGA

Time:  3:15 pm – 4:00 pm

Charges:   FREE

Requirement: Activewear including trainers, filled water bottle, and hairband for participants with long hair. No jewellery.

NB: These sessions are delivered by school staff who are volunteering their time to support the extra-curricular offering in the school, there are dates that the session will not take place due to school commitments. The dates are as follows: 

(2024) Wednesdays: 4th Sep, 2nd Oct, 9th Oct, 13th Nov, (2025) 15th Jan, 29th Jan, 5th Mar & 19th Mar)

Special Note:

• Participants who have successfully booked and secured a slot will be contacted via a personalised email. This is not the generic automated email sent immediately after booking
• Slots will be issued on a first-come basis, priority spaces in the next block will be extended to those who will not have had an opportunity to participate
• Participants are to get changed and wait before being allowed into the gym hall or taken out to the MUGA by the coach
• The sessions are subject to cancellation in case of any other unavoidable reason. Carers/parents will be notified in this case*(no notice will be issued for the dates mentioned above)
• Ensure to provide different contact details and phone number for the 2nd contact person whist completing the this booking form
• Book only one ticket per child, this will cover the entire block until December 2024.
