Appointed Chief Executive Officer of Sport Aberdeen in January 2024, Keith is responsible for the organisation’s strategic direction, financial sustainability, governance, and the reinvestment of commercial surpluses into community programmes and initiatives.
A Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Management Accountants, Keith brings over 30 years’ experience, primarily in the energy sector, with roles across the UK, West Africa, and the Falkland Islands.
He is committed to developing inclusive, wellbeing-focused community services, emphasising preventive healthcare and ensuring revenue is reinvested for social impact, rather than solely providing sport facilities.
Born and raised in Aberdeen, Keith played football locally for many years and remains an enthusiastic golfer. He is also a season ticket holder at Aberdeen Football Club and a regular supporter of Huntly Football Club.

Appointed in 2025, Victoria Park works in the hospitality sector with over 30 years of experience in sales and business development. Her career has included roles in both the private and public sectors, including working in America for a global hotel company. Having worked in various locations she is settled back in Aberdeen. Victoria’s own sporting interests include golf and horse riding. Victoria can often be found on the football pitch sidelines watching her youngest son play for his school and club team and on at the tennis court watching her oldest son. She is a volunteer for the National Deaf Children’s Society and is passionate about children with additional needs and how sport plays a vital role in their development and wellbeing.

Appointed in 2025, Paul Binnie is a director at a new energy development company, bringing over a decade of senior leadership experience in the oil and gas sector. Before moving into energy, Paul served as an Army officer in HM Forces, leading teams on operations around the world. He also spent time as a secondary school teacher, sharing his love of physics and physical education with young people.
Paul is passionate about helping others grow and stay safe — a focus that’s seen him chair both industry and national skills and safety bodies. A qualified rugby and football coach and former player, he has a lifelong love of the outdoors. He’s instructed in rock climbing, mountaineering, and snowboarding, and while he claims to be “slightly less energetic” these days, he can still be found on the hills, on his bike, on the slopes, or (mostly) keeping up with his children on a run, when he’s allowed.
