You’ll receive a training programme, tailored to your own personal fitness goals.

Your personal trainer will teach you the correct technique so you understand how to perform exercises properly, they’ll challenge you and motivate you to achieve your full fitness potential.

Pricing

When it comes to personal training, there are a number of pricing options. As well as 1:1 sessions, you can also book a block with up to two other friends to reduce the cost.

  • 1:1 session – £30 per hour
  • 1:2 session – £35 per hour
  • 1:3 session – £45 per hour

These prices apply to Sport Aberdeen fitness coaches only. External fitness coaches may have varying rates, please see the individual profiles below.

Jacqui Law

I have always had an interest in health and fitness. I have helped people lose weight by teaching them workouts and weight lifting techniques. Along with helping people achieve their goals, I have helped them grow their confidence and change their mindset about health and exercise. In my spare time I am busy learning more about the fitness industry and keeping up with latest trends.

Matt Gibson

I have a strong interest in sport and exercise and have gained a lot of knowledge in the industry. I became a personal training to pass on all the knowledge I have obtained and help people change their lives for the long term, not just the short term. So whether your goals are to lose weight or gain some muscle, get in contact and we can make that happen.

Dorian Weaver

I’m here to help you understand that fitness is so much more than 30 minutes on the cross trainer or a walk on the treadmill. Through training with me you will not only get stronger and look the way you want to look but you will see the following changes.
