STONEYWOOD PRIMARY FRI P5 – P7 GIRLS’ FOOTBALL DROP-IN SESSIONS

We are looking to continue with our Friday Lunch Girls’ Only Football Session to Term 1. These will however be drop-in sessions dependent on the availability of the volunteering adult/staff

To help us maintain registers and organise festivals/friendly matches, we ask that keen participants complete this booking form.

Activity: Girls Only P5-P7 Fun Drop-in Football Session

Day: Friday Lunchtime @ 12:30 – 1:00 pm

Location: Gym Hall or Astro

Cost: FREE

Note:

• This is only a drop-in session, which will take place based on the availability of the volunteering adult/coach/school staff
• Should the sessions not be running on the day, participants will be informed on the day by the coach/school staff, Participants can then spend their lunchtime elsewhere as they would normally do
• Participants should have appropriate clothes and shoes that will allow them to safely take part
• Ensure to provide a different name and contact number for the 2nd contact person
