Sport Aberdeen Alphabet Workout – P is for “Push Ups”


Well I’m sure we are all familiar with this one but it can be easy to fall into bad form when doing push ups. Just check out these steps to make sure you’re doing them right:

  • Start with your hands slightly wider than your shoulders, lower your body until your elbows are at a 90-degree angle, then push up.
  • Repeat
