Programme and Membership Customer Assistant

Positions available:

2 x Full or Part Time, 37 hours per week or minimum 20 hours per week

Duration:

Temporary, 3 months from start date

Salary:

Up to £20,000 per annum pro rata

You will be working as part of a dedicated team delivering high quality, timely and efficient administration services across customer facing activities including memberships, Coaching Academy programmes, pitch bookings and general enquiries.

The role primarily involves:

  • Dealing with customer enquiries in relation to membership and coached programme activities
  • Supporting membership and coached programme administration processes, including payment collection

The successful candidates will have:

  • Good communication, computer and administration skills;
  • Previous experience of a booking or leisure management system would be advantageous but not essential; and
  • Be a quick learner
