Ski and snowboard instructor training

We have courses coming up on our dry slopes at Adventure Aberdeen Snowsports to train competent skiers and snowboarders aged over 16 to become instructors.

We have grants and incentives available to successful candidates that can commit to a work schedule on successful completion.

Ski L1 Foundation Instructor Training (artificial)

Monday 31 July – Thursday 4 August (5-9pm)

This course provides training only, assessment will be arranged thereafter as required. First aid and safeguarding certificates are also required to become a licensed instructor.

Cost £70 and candidates are required to register with Snowsports Scotland.

Tuesday 26 September – Tuesday 28 November (6-9pm every Tuesday night)

This course includes assessment upon completion. First aid and safeguarding certificates are also required to become a licensed instructor.

Cost £225 and candidates are required to register with Snowsports Scotland.

Grants and incentives are available if candidates are willing to work 40 hours for Sport Aberdeen upon completion of the course
